Ingredients
1 Qt Vegetable oil
¼ Cup Cannabis infused sesame oil
½ Cup Chopped garlic
¼ Cup everything bagel seasoning
¼ Cup Toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Chili flakes
Procedure
- Start by chopping the garlic in the food processor until fine but not a paste.
- Place 1 qt vegetable oil in a pot making sure the oil doesn't go over the half way point of the pot.
- Place pot of oil on medium heat and add your garlic.
- CONTINUOUSLY stir garlic to prevent sticking and cook untill a little past golden brown.
- Strain garlic from oil and place on a plate with paper towels to soak up excess oil.
- Take one cup of the hot garlic oil and add the chili flakes and let steep 1hr
- Mix all remaining ingredients to the chili garlic oil minus the 3 extra cups of reserved garlic oil (save for anything, its delish!)
